Bakker stone clamps are custom-made in the right dimensions. The stone clamps are adjustable in width from 700 mm to 1100 mm, stepwise by 100 mm. We can deliver width adjustable stone clamps from 800 mm to 1300 mm for an extra charge. The height and length of the clamps can be stipulated in consultation. The minimum length is 900 mm. The clamp is weight-protected and equipped with a double-acting horizontal cylinder and two high-pressure hoses of 1500 mm with male quick exchange couplings. The weight protection is also equipped with a manual pressure reduction valve. The clamp is made of high-quality steel which guarantees a good quality and long-live clamp. The clamps weighs about 500 kg. Under normal circumstances the capacity of the clamp is 2500 kg when the working pressure is between 180 and 200 bar. We also supply a light-weight clamp with a weight of 375 kg and a capacity of 1500 kg.
